By using our website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide external wall insulation, silicone render, and related exterior improvement services within London, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.
All quotations are:
- provided free of charge unless stated otherwise
- valid for 30 days unless specified differently
- based on the information available at the time of inspection
We reserve the right to amend quotations if site conditions differ from those originally assessed.
3. Booking and acceptance
A booking is confirmed only when:
- the quotation is accepted in writing, and
- any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where access, safety, or legal requirements cannot be met.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices will be clearly stated in the quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- a deposit may be required before work begins
- staged payments may apply depending on project size
- full payment is due upon completion of the works
Late payments may result in:
- suspension of work
- statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information about the property
- ensure safe and reasonable access to the site
- obtain any required permissions (planning, landlord, neighbour, etc.)
- remove personal items or obstacles that may interfere with works
We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to meet the above.
6. Timescales and delays
Project timelines are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- weather conditions
- supply chain issues
- access restrictions
- unforeseen structural or site problems
- events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
7. Variations and additional work
Any work outside the original quotation will:
- be discussed with you first
- require approval
- be charged separately.
8. Guarantees and workmanship
We aim to deliver all work with reasonable care and skill in accordance with UK consumer law.
Where applicable:
- manufacturer warranties may apply to materials
- workmanship guarantees will be confirmed in writing within your quotation or completion documents.
Guarantees do not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by third parties
- structural movement or pre-existing defects.
9. Cancellation rights (Consumers)
If you are a consumer contracting at a distance or off-premises, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you request work to begin within this period, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred up to cancellation.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the services provided.
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
